REGISTRATION To register with Sulpa.com, simply fill out the registration form provided. All fields marked with an astrickt are required including first name, last name, address line 1, state, city, zip code, email, contact phone number, username, password, verify password, secret question (for password retrieval), an answer for the secret question, and accept the terms and agreement by reading and selecting the checkbox provided. Address line 2 and mobile number are optional fields. You will receive an email from us with an activation link. Click on the activation link and your account will be activated and ready for use. Some email services mark activation emails as spam. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam box. USER HOME PAGE This is the first page that will appear when you login. This page will display site announcements and will explain to you how to use your account, post jobs, inquiry on jobs, etc... POST A JOB To post a job, sign in and click Post a Job located in the header. Select the best suitable category for your job. Include a job title (also known as job heading), select a state, select closest city near you, include a specific location, type in the provided field the job description and be as detailed as possible, mark wether you are looking for a certified technician, enter a job minimum budget, enter a maximum budget, upload a photo of the work to be performed on, and click submit. SUBMITTING AN INQUIRY To submit an inquiry, login to your account. Use either the search feature located in the header or click the category to find a job to inquire to. Browse the jobs and click on the job heading. On that page will be the job description and all details on that job. Click on submit inquiry. Include a job estimate, your flat rate, an hourly rate, or all. Or mark wheter you would like to quote on inspection or visit. Select a start date and select whether you are able to start immediatley. Include a start time, and any details pertaining to your inquiry and click submit. MY POSTED JOBS To view all jobs that you have posted, login to your account and click "My Posted Jobs" located on the left side of your user account. A list of ten jobs per page will appear. Here you can view the category of the posted job, the job title, when the job is set to expire, its status (green is active and red is inactive), and the ability to edit the job. INQUIRES ON MY JOBS To view inquiries on your jobs, login to your account and click "Inquiries on my Jobs" located on the left side of your user account. In this area you will see a list of inquiries up to ten per page. You may see the inquiriers user name, the job heading, the date it was posted, the inquiry status (green is active and red is inactive), change status column with two options, and view column. The two options for change status are to pause the inquiry or award the inquiry. When you award the job to someone, you and the inquirer enter into a binding contract on the site and have the ability to leave eachother feedback. Click the view column to view any inquiry details, that the inquirer has left on your job. JOBS AWARDED BY ME To view jobs that have been awarded by you, login to your account and click "Jobs awarded by me" on the left hand side of your user account. Here you will be able to view all closed jobs. You can view the username of the person you selected, the job heading, the date it was posted, the status, ability to give feedback, and the ability to view the inquiry. COMPOSE To compose mail, login to your account and click "compose". For security purposes you may only submit email to recent users whom you have conducted business with. You may also send email to users in which you have awarded to conduct a job. Jobs awarded to users may also send emails to the job poster. Select a username, enter a subject, include a message for the recipient, and click submit. Emails are sent directly to your email address that we have on file when a user replies. INBOX To view your messages, login to your account and search for inbox. In that link you will have the number of unread messages you have. Click on "inbox". You will have a list of ten messages per page. In here you can see by whom the message was sent by, brief text of the email message, date it was received, the job name it was received for, ability to view the message, and delete the message. To view the message click view. This section allows you to view the message and to reply to the message. To reply, write a message and click reply. To delete a message tick the delete box next to the message you want to delete and click submit. SENT MESSAGES To view sent messages login to your account and click "Sent Messages" on the left hand side of your user account. You can view up to ten messages per page. Here you can view to whom you have sent the message to, brief text of the message, date you sent the message, what job the message pertains to, ability to view the full message, and ability to delete the message. To view the message click view. On this page it will display the full message you have sent to the user. To delete a message, tick the box next to the message you would like to delete and click submit. EDIT PROFILE To edit your account details or profile login to your account. When logged in click edit profile on the left hand side of your user account. Here you will be able to edit your first name, last name, address, state, city, zip code, email, phone numbers, password, secret question and answer, add a company logo, company phone, company email, and company description.
