By registering with Sulpa.com, you agree to the privacy policy incorporated therin. If the privacy policy  were to change after the user has already registered, it will be the sole responsibility of the registered user to check the privacy policy at his or her own will and agree to the privacy policy before continuing use of the Sulpa.com web site.

USE OF INFORMATION

Sulpa.com will never sell your information to third parties. All information collected from you will only be viewable by our administrative staff.

INQUIRING AND  / OR POSTING A PROJECT

You the end user agree that when you post a Job, your username, city, state , and your specific location will appear in your listing. You the end user agree that when you inquire on a job, the job poster may view your details including username, first name, state, city, company name, phone number, and your business description.

UPGRADES ON JOB LISTINGS

When making an upgrade to your listing, and when using any form of payment that we accept, you agree that we may log your ip address, including your first name, last name, and the credit card billing address.

EMAILS

Sulpa.com does not send bulk e-mail messages, or 'Spam'.  We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners.  We will, on occassion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, web site updates or when important issues arise.  If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us at abuse@sulpa.com so that we can investigate the matter.

All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Sulpa.com without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.

HACKED SERVER AND / OR ACCOUNTS

Sulpa.com will do its best to protect the integrity of its servers and user accounts. If for any reason the Sulpa.com server and / or your user account were to be hacked and your information accessed, you agree NOT to hold Sulpa.com, or its empoyees, ceo's, or managers responsible for user information theft, or any damages that you may incure.
