All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

PROHIBBITED LISTINGS
While using the Sulpa.com website and listing or inquiring on a job, YOU WILL NOT:
• Post to an inappropriate category and / or city
• Post any link that will send a user to another site
• Use inappropriate or vulgar language
• Use copyrighted or trademarked material
• Upload photos that may offend others and / or contain inappropriate language and / or contain drugs and / or tobacco and / or alcohol and / or sexually explicit material and / or are copyrighted and/or trademarked material without written consent from copyright or trademark owner for use of his/her image
• Spam the Sulpa.com website with the same listings
• Post inaccurate information including, name, phone number, address, and email address
• Post job listings that have to do with, firearms, tobacco, and alcohol unless the user has the necessary licenses to perform the job and /or list the job.
• Post job listings and / or inquiring to a listing that have to do with, prostitution, sex, drugs, or anything deemed illegal by authorities in the United States of America.

FEES FOR SERVICES
We accept three forms of payments which are PayPal, 2checkout, and Google Checkout. You the end user are required to pay all fees for upgrading your listing including featured, urgent, and bold. If you knowingly upgraded a job listing with featured, urgent, or bold, no refunds will be given what-so-ever. If you violate the Sulpa.com Terms and Conditions, and you have made upgrades to your listings, and your listing is removed by our team, you the end user agree to forfeit all monies paid to Sulpa.com for upgraded listings. If you file a dispute with your bank in regards to an unauthorized charge or wrong charge amount by Sulpa.com, your account will immediately become suspended and placed under review for further investigation. If we find that the charge was correct and authorized, your IP address will be black listed from our system, furthermore you will be forwarded to a collection agency and for repeat offenders, you will be forwarded to local authorities. If we find that the charge amount was not authorized or was a wrong charge amount, we will reimburse you the listing fees and reinstate your account.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sulpa.com:
A) excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents and/or services or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and
B) excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised Sulpa.com of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS VIOLATIONS
If for any reason we find that you have violated the terms and conditions, Sulpa.com, at its own discretion, will suspend your account or cancel your account without notice. If deemed necessary, Sulpa.com may file charges against the offending user for violating the terms and conditions.
